Stage 2

First Revenue Play

One play designed, built, piloted with 3–5 people, trained and rolled out. You leave with a playbook, the tooling configured, and an adoption check.

Stage 2 of how we work.

What you get

  • One play, designed for this team.
  • The play built.
  • A pilot with 3–5 people.
  • The team trained.
  • Rollout.
  • A playbook.
  • Tooling configured.
  • An adoption check.

How scope is held

What is in, and what is out, is locked before the build. Anything extra is agreed in writing first.

Where it sits

The typical path is after a Stall Review, using the play it recommended. The Stall Review and the First Revenue Play can be agreed together when one offer is clearer than two.

The play is one of six plays. Which one comes first is a recommendation, not a guess from a menu.

Training for the team is part of every First Revenue Play.

After go-live

The play goes live with the people who were trained, in the window agreed before the build. Monthly run-and-improve after that is Operating Partner, taken up when you want the work looked after.
