Engagement

How it works

Every engagement starts with a Stall Review. There are three stages, each scoped to you: a Stall Review, a First Revenue Play and Operating Partner. Each one is agreed in a written scope before it starts, and you can stop after any stage.

Stage 1

Stall Review

The last 90 days of your paid leads, across the five points where sales usually stall. With your agreement, we also send a few test enquiries and time the response. Ten business days from data access to readout. It does not include a build or a pilot. The readout is a complete outcome if you stop there.

  • Five stall points: First reply, Follow-up, Quiet pipeline, Booking and Trust.
  • Test enquiries through your website, phone and after-hours channels, sent with your agreement.
  • A stall report, with the evidence behind each stall point.
  • An estimate of the revenue at stake, shown as a range, with every assumption written out.
  • The three fixes most worth making, ranked by value and effort.
  • A recommended solution, with a timeline.
  • A baseline scorecard: the starting numbers any future result is measured against.
  • A 60-minute readout with you and whoever leads your sales.

Each stall point has one play: First reply is Answer and qualify, Follow-up is Follow up in minutes, Quiet pipeline is Revive dead leads, Booking is Lock appointments, and Trust is Proof, reviews and referrals. Cut the admin load isn't tied to one stall point. It frees up time across all five.

If we don't find a measurable stall, we'll say so in writing.

Stage 2

First Revenue Play

One play is designed, built, piloted with 3–5 people, trained, and rolled out. You leave with a playbook, the tooling configured, and an adoption check. What is in and out of scope is locked before the build. Anything extra is agreed in writing first.

This is the typical step after a Stall Review, using the play it recommended. The two can be agreed together when one offer is clearer than two. Scope for the build is still locked before that build starts.

Go live

The play goes live with the people who were trained, in the window agreed before the build.

Stage 3

Operating Partner

Monthly run-and-improve after go-live. The work expands only when you are ready. A next play is a decision, not an automatic add-on. Operating Partner does not replace a Stall Review or a First Revenue Play. Those come first: one to choose the play, one to build it.

  • A scorecard: a short note on the play you have live.
  • A cadence: a regular check-in, agreed when you start.
  • Tuning what the AI says and the information it draws on.
  • A backlog of next plays.
  • Health reporting: a note on whether the play is healthy.

No new software to learn. It works in your inbox.

If you don't have a CRM, the default is the email, calendar and SMS you already use. Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your leads and it answers the way a CRM would. If you already have a good CRM, you keep it and we connect to it.

  • A daily digest, one-tap actions and a small dashboard.
  • Everything is set up in your own accounts.
  • The tools are still chosen for each engagement.

Yours to keep

Your data, your accounts, your exit. Everything we build is set up in your name, and you keep it if we part ways.

Need it to stay private? Where it's justified, we can run solutions on private or on-premises infrastructure instead of the cloud.

Before you write

Will this sound robotic?

It shouldn't. Scripts are written in your voice, approved by your team, and editable, and your team can take over any thread.

Do I need a tech team?

No. We install into tools you already use and leave you with a simple runbook.

What about our data and privacy?

We design for control and least necessary data. The website notice is on the privacy page. A client engagement is covered by its own agreement.

How fast can we go live?

We agree your go-live window in the Stall Review, then write it down before a First Revenue Play starts.

The six plays are the patterns these stages draw on.

We like to start with an introduction. If you found us another way, you're just as welcome. Tell us the sales outcome you need. We'll design the solution and put the scope in writing.
